Devin Beard, Program Supervisor
B.S. Human Development
RBT Certification
Devin returned to Lattice in 2018 as a Behavior Support Personnel in the Group Behavior Management Program. Devin has a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from Utah State University and is a Registered Behavior Technician. He has been in the field of special education since 2013, working with a variety of individuals and needs. Since returning to Lattice, Devin has been working on a Master's of Special Education (ABA), and will graduate Fall of 2021. He hopes to pursue his BCBA certification in the near future.
Zoe Brooker, OT
Occupational Therapist
Zoe began working at Lattice about a year ago. She received her degree in Occupational Therapy from Brunel University in England in 2006. She has over 24 years of experience working in Special Education. Zoe has worked as an OT in Colorado, Hawaii, and Claifornia, as well as her own private pratice. She is currently studying reflex integration and hopes to complete Jean Ayres Sensory Integration certification soon.
Lindsey Foss, SLP
Speech and Language Pathologist
Lindsey started working for Lattice in August of 2020 as a speech-language pathologist. She earned her Master’s Degree at Idaho State University, and has since worked in the medical setting with focus on swallowing, NICU feeding, and early intervention. Lindsey has special interest in post-NICU (early intervention) feeding and has goals to grow her experience in this area.
Maria Matos, OT
Occupational Therapist
Maria began working at Lattice in December 2020. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Managment of Medical Profressionals from Pacific Union College in 2017, and her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Loma Linda University in 2020. She is certified through NBCOT and CBOT. Maria's aspiration is to further her knowledge in special needs educational services through her work at Lattice.
Maddie Sinclair, BSP
Behavior Support Personnel
Maddie began working at Lattice in 2019 as an instructional assistant in the Group Behavior Management Program. She received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University in 2020, an RBT certification in 2020, and is continuing her education in the field of ABA through ASU's master's program. Maddie hopes to become a BCBA.
