Nancy Alcott, Executive Director

In 1995, Nancy founded Lattice Educational Services out of a growing need for quality educational programs for students with severe disabilities. She continues her role as Executive Director. Prior to founding Lattice, Nancy had extensive administrative experience in the public school system. She holds multiple special education credentials and has broad teaching experience with children ages 3-22 years old.
Cory Lucas, Director of Support Services
M.A. School Psychology
Ed.S School Psychology
Cory began working at Lattice in 2009 before leaving to attend the University of California, Davis for his Bachelors Degree. He then attended the University of the Pacific, obtaining a Masters Degree and Education Specialist Degree in School Psychology. He spent one year working as a School Psychologist in Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District before returning to Lattice as the Director of Support Services, and has been working in that position for the past 4 years.
Annie Rath, Administrative Assistant
Annie joined the Lattice team in 2015 as an instructional aide. She has 15 years of experience working with students of all ages.
Jennifer Ingels, Director of School Services
M.S. CCC-SLP, BCBA
Jennifer began working at Lattice as an instructional assistant in 2005. Jennifer attended the University of the Pacific, receiving a B.S. and M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology. After working as a speech therapist for a few years, Jennifer transitioned to working in administration in 2011. In 2013, Jennifer received her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis. Jennifer is currently the Director of School Services at Lattice Educational Services.
Jesse Olson, Office Manager/H.R. Specialist
M.A. - Communication Studies
Jesse began working at Lattice in 2014, and is our HR Specialist and Office Manager. He received a Master of Arts in Communication Studies CSU Chico in 2003, and has 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management. He strives to remain current in the ever changing world of HR laws and policies.
Bri Shimizu, Accounting Assistant
Bri began at Lattice in 2020 as an Administrative Assistant. She graduated from San Jose State University in 2011 with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology, specializing in Movement Science. She has had decades of experience caring for a sibling with special needs. Bri aspires to further her education and experience in special-needs educational services.
Mary Schirle, Director of BASE
B.A. - Mathematics
Credential-Moderate/Severe Education Specialist
Mary began working at Lattice in 2014. She started as an aide in the Group Behavior Management Program before becoming a Lead and eventually a teacher in special day class. She is currently the Director of the Group Behavior Management Program. Mary received a BA in Mathematics from SSU before completing her Moderate/Severe Education Specialist credential. Mary is currently pursuing a Masters in Special Education from SSU, and hopes to complete an administrative credential after her Masters.
