Nancy Alcott, Executive Director

In 1995, Nancy founded Lattice Educational Services out of a growing need for quality educational programs for students with severe disabilities. She continues her role as Executive Director. Prior to founding Lattice, Nancy had extensive administrative experience in the public school system. She holds multiple special education credentials and has broad teaching experience with children ages 3-22 years old.

Jennifer Ingels, Director of School Services



Jennifer began working at Lattice as an instructional assistant in the Group Behavior Management Program in 2005. She became the GBMP program coordinator before attending the University of the Pacific, receiving a B.S. and M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology. In 2013, Jennifer received her PECS Implementer Certification and Board Certification in Behavior Analysis. Jennifer is now the Director of School Services at Lattice Educational Services

Cory Lucas, Director of Support Services

M.A. School Psychology

Ed.S School Psychology

Cory began working at Lattice in 2009 before leaving to attend the University of California, Davis for his Bachelors Degree. He then attended the University of the Pacific, obtaining a Masters Degree and Education Specialist Degree in School Psychology. He spent one year working as a School Psychologist in Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District before returning to Lattice as the Director of Support Services. 

Jesse Olson, Office Manager/H.R. Specialist

M.A. - Communication Studies


Jesse has over 9 years of experience with non-profit organizations, including extensive experience assisting individuals with disabilities and other special needs. Jesse is currently the office manager/HR specialist at Lattice Educational Services,

Annie Rath, Administrative Assistant

Annie joined the Lattice team in 2015 as an instructional aide. She has 15 years of experience working with students of all ages. 

Bri Shimizu, Administrative Assistant

Bri started at Lattice in 2020 as an Administrative Assistant. She graduated from San Jose State University in 2011 with a B.S. in Kinesiology, specializing in Movement Science. Bri aspires to further her education and experience in special-needs educational services.
